Spotted at RFK Stadium Saturday night taking in D.C. United’s win over New York City FC? Markelle Fultz, a freshman point guard from the University of Washington, who is expected to be the first pick in this year’s NBA draft:

More than being a soon to be professional player, Fultz grew up in nearby Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and is rumored to be a huge fan of the Black-and-Red.
Fultz was running through other games on a busy day in DC sports, catching the Washington Wizards play the Miami Heat and dropping in a Bell Biv Devoe quip at Chris Miller. We wish Fultz the best in this summer’s draft and hope he isn’t a stranger at games in the future, whether it’s RFK or Audi Field that is the venue, and it’s always encouraging to see kids support their local club and all.
