It’s still nine days until the release of FIFA 18, EA Sports popular soccer video game, but as usual, player ratings for the game have slowly been released over the past couple of weeks. Finally though, we have the numbers for D.C. United, and the breakdown for different categories for each player can be found here.
It should probably come as no surprise that once again, Bill Hamid is the highest rated player for the Black-and-Red. The keeper, in his ninth year as a professional, continues to be one of the best keepers in Major League Soccer. That ability was on display on Saturday, as Hamid made several big saves, even as United fell 3-0 to the Chicago Fire.
But there are four new signings to United during the summer transfer window. Where did they fall on the spectrum amongst their United teammates? Also, Jalen Robinson is the lowest rated player for United, coming in with a 56. What’s up with that? Who can we speak to to improve his rating? Robinson is much better than that.

Chris Rolfe and Charlie Horton are still listed as being players with United. Rolfe, who has essentially retired despite still being part of United’s roster this year, is given a 63 rating. Horton, who had to retire this year due to a concussion, was given a 61 rating.
