So, this is an idea that I've been playing around with in my head, and I figured what better a time to roll it out after D.C. United's 2-0 win over the New England Revolution, right? Rather than have whatever I meander on about on my keyboard, I'm throwing things open to you fine folks to get your thoughts on how everyone did. In terms of a scale, here's what I have in mind:
1 - Not a pro (MLS/NASL/USL) quality performance
4 - Average USL starter
6 - Average MLS starter
9 - MLS All-Star
10 - MLS MVP-quality performance
If you don't think a substitute did enough on the field to be evaluated, he can be left blank. My thoughts are to leave voting open for a couple of days, and then show you mine, along with the Community average. Highest average score for Community is MotM. Fair enough? I promise not to peek, in fact, I'm putting together mine as you're reading this, honest.
By all means, this is a work in progress, and am welcome to any suggestions on it, but wanted to give it a try.
Where's the form, you ask? Right here, polls are open:
And by all means, keep the bantz coming!
