For the second day in a row, we land on a number without a player. If Emiliano Dudar had returned, we wouldn't have this issue, but alas, there is no number 19 on D.C. United right now. So let's take the opportunity to open things up to you, our readers, to let us know how we're doing.
I'm sure you've noticed some changes around these parts since I took over for Martin last month. This countdown series is new - just to pick something immediate - but we've also added coverage of the NWSL's Washington Spirit to our existing focus on D.C. United and the U.S. Men's and Women's National Teams. Around this time last year, we launched our podcast, Filibuster, and the roster of writers here has been growing since the blog was a scant 1 year old.
So with this gap in the countdown calendar, I wanted to give y'all a forum to let us know what you'd like to see more of around here in 2013. I can't promise we'll be able to deliver everything, but if we see a good idea, we'll try to run with it and make it a reality.
