Who needs Kei?

Greg Bartram-USA TODAY Sports

It took 92 points to lead the league, with RVA Chieftans setting the pace. Captain Cyle Larin (ORL, $9.4) led the team with 24 points on a goal and an assist. Ignacio Piatti (MTL, $10.8) and Lee Nguyen (NE, $11.8) each notched a goal and an assist for 14 and 11 points respectively. !BL4CKnRED-2014Champ expanded their overall lead to 21 points, and became the first team to cross the 1000 point plateau this season.

Positional Leaders

Goalkeepers

Joel Robles (NYR, $6.2) saved a penalty and earned a clean sheet for 14 points and the goalkeeping lead. Andre Blake (PHI, $5.0) saved a penalty himself for 11 points, and DCU's BILL HAMID ($6.1) RETURNED TO THE FIELD AND EARNED A CLEAN SHEET FOR 8 POINTS.

Defenders

Ken Tribbett (PHI, $6.2) went from not playing since round 5 to playing twice in round 12, scoring 15 points on a goal and an assist, leading all defenders. D.C.'s Taylor Kemp ($8.0) notched a clean sheet and an assist for 11 points, which was equaled by DaMarcus Beasley (HOU, $7.2), who scored a goal of his own. The rest of United's defense featured Bobby Boswell ($8.2) and Kofi Opare ($5.5) with 8 points, and Sean Franklin ($8.2) with 7.

Midfielders

Kevin Molino (ORL, $8.2) scored two goals and added an assist for 16 points and the positional lead. Ignacio Piatti's 14 points were equaled by Luke Mulholland (RSL, $8.4), who scored one goal, assisted another, and earned a penalty. For United, Marcelo Sarvas ($7.1) scored 6 points, followed by Nick DeLeon ($6.4) with 4 points, Jared Jeffrey ($5.5) and Lamar Neagle ($7.8) with 3 points, and Julian Büscher ($5.5) and Rob Vincent ($6.0) with 1.

Forwards

Ola Kamara (CLB, $8.1) scored a hat trick for 19 points, leading all forwards and all scorers. Bradley Wright-Phillips (NYR, $11.1) scored his own hat trick for 17 points, while Cyle Larin's 12 points were good for third. DCU's Alhaji Kamara ($8.5) scored 6 points, followed by both Luciano Acosta ($8.6) and Fabian Espindola ($10.1) with 2.

Looking Ahead

Eight teams are on bye in the final round before the Copa America break -- Chicago, Colorado, Montreal, New England, the Red Bulls, Orlando, Toronto, and Vancouver. Everyone else plays once. Go with Chris Seitz (DAL, $4.9) in goal at home against Houston, and Keegan Rosenberry (PHI, $5.9) in defense at home against Columbus. Diego Valeri (POR, $10.8) is a must in your midfield at home against San Jose, and I like Joao Plata (RSL, $9.5) as a forward at NYCFC.
