Kyle Porter and Nana Attakora called-up to the Canadian national team

Today, D.C. United announced that midfielder Kyle Porter and defender Nana Attakora have been called into camp for the Canadian men's national team, which will be held from January 12 through January 22 in Sunrise, Florida. Porter has been a recent addition to Canada's national team; he has earned six caps for them, all of which have come in 2013. Attakora, on the other hand, has been a part of the youth Canadian national teams for a long time, and earned his first senior cap in 2010.

This Canadian team is a surprisingly young team, and it includes both Academy players from the Vancouver Whitecaps, Montreal Impact, and Toronto FC, as well as players who are still in college. With their experience on an MLS level, I would assume that Attakora and Porter will be asked to take a leadership role in this camp; if you exclude the goalkeepers, Attakora is the second oldest player in this camp. There are no announced friendlies yet, so any international event seems unlikely. You can find below the full roster, with ages (that I had to compile).
