In what should be our final version of the 2010 MLS Power Rankings, one thing is clear: that our SB Nation bloggers still can't decide on what the tiers really represent.
Me? I used the first tier to highlight teams that I think actually have a shot at winning MLS Cup 2010. Hence the single first tier vote for the Colorado Rapids (I've got them as the favorite to win the East). Others used the first tier to highlight the teams that have the BEST shot at winning MLS Cup 2010. Hence FC Dallas getting fewer than 100% first tier votes.
As for the rest of the groupings, who really cares? The Kansas City Wizards will be sitting at home watching just like all the other teams below them.
