Peace out Troy

"I've always dreamed of starting something in Europe."

And with that goes the goalkeeper that single-handedly kept us in a lot of games this year.

If you think about it, Troy Perkins was probably our most consistent player this season. He started every game but one, and that was just to give him a rest and give Nolly a shot. He never gets injured, and I'd say he's likely the quickest goalkeeper in the league, although probably not the most technically sound.

I leave you with a video I made of Perkins highlights after a game earlier this year. And with a question… Was Perkins the best goalkeeper in United history? I'm thinking second behind Presthus.

Peace out indeed. TROY WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YA! Good luck in Norway man!!!!!!

Wells looks promising. No one can replace Troy however. I rate him as #1 DCU keeper ever. That's a lot to follow. :D
