D.C. United owner set to invest in Swansea City - Black And Red United: Oh hey, Jason Levien (but mostly Steve Kaplan) is expanding into England to take a controlling interest in Swansea. More on this to come soon, though the team confirms the news and the Swansea City Supporters' Trust (who own 21% of the club) says they met with Levien last week before word of the deal came out, and that the Levien and Kaplan's group want to buy a 75% share in Swans, and hope to have the deal finalized next month.
