Another day, another stay of execution for the NASL. US Soccer has delayed the decision on sanctioning the second and third divisions of men's soccer, which most people believe would lead to USL becoming division 2 and NASL becoming division 3. Rumor has it that the delay is to allow some NASL teams to negotiate their entrance into USL.
