Soccer, go!

I am back on a limited Freedom Kicks engagement, while your regular Thursday Freedom Kicker, Caitlin Buckley, is off in far-off lands. Let’s get right to it:

Hearts' Perry Kitchen heads to Denmark for Randers move: Perry Kitchen is heading to the Dutch Danish Super League after getting sidelined at Hearts. I had hoped against hope that he might come back to D.C. United this offseason (and I’m sure Dave Kasper at least picked up the phone), but it looks like Kitchen will continue his European adventures.

Price set on Buzzard Point development site near D.C. United stadium being marketed for sale by Marcus & Millichap - Washington Business Journal: One of the last pieces of available land near D.C. United’s new stadium is up for sale. Got $12M for a sweet party pad for B&RU?

Pro12 could feature an American team as well | OFM: An American team in an Irish-Italian rugby league in a stadium that is going to have near constant home games down the stretch next year? I find this highly dubious.

Dynamo return home and dominate Montreal - Dynamo Theory: If only United could have done this.

Chris Pontius Replaces Kenny Saief on U.S. MNT Gold Cup Roster - U.S. Soccer: Good on the Party Boy; he deserves it.

The best United States goals of the past 10 years - Stars and Stripes FC: Get ready for the Gold Cup in style.

And finally, I made a silly little video after the D.C. United vs. Montreal Impact game, and I thought I would share it with you.
