USMNT vs. Bolivia 2018: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

We’re just here for Bill Hamid and Bruno Miranda

The United States is not participating in this summer’s World Cup, in case you hadn’t heard. However, rather than leave us alone to cope with that fact, they’ve decided to schedule a friendly against Bolivia for...reasons. The USMNT’s quest to learn who the key pieces are going to be when qualifying picks back up in 2020 continues, with an interesting roster of young players almost entirely from Europe taking the field today.

Key player: Bill Hamid and Bruno Miranda

No one else in this game actually matters other than Hamid, the former D.C. United homegrown goalkeeper who should have been anointed the U.S. #1 years ago but has not been because we are not gifted with good leadership, and Miranda, who is slowly growing in prominence for United these days as a super-sub.

Our hope for this game is that Hamid is brilliant, and that Miranda is excellent as well (and if Alex Bono gets the start as everyone seems to expect, hopefully Miranda scores).
