World Cup Qualifying: United States vs. Jamaica TV schedule, streaming, projected lineup, prediction, and live thread

It doesn't really mean anything tangible to either team, but the USMNT faces last place Jamaica tonight in each team's penultimate WCQ match this cycle.

Jamie Squire

The USA will be missing some key pieces and trying to fill out the final spots for next year's World Cup traveling roster. Jamaica will be trying to save some face in an otherwise dismal final round of CONCACAF's Hexagonal. What's not to love?

Time: 6:30 EDT

Venue: Sporting Park, Kansas City, Kansas State

TV/Streaming: ESPN and UniMas. The English feed will be online at WatchESPN (which may or may not be the same thing as ESPN3, formerly ESPN360).

Projected USA Lineup: Tim Howard will captain the team from between the sticks, and we should see Brad Evans, Matt Besler, Geoff Cameron and DaMarcus Beasley in defense. Look for Graham Zusi, Sacha Kljestan, Jermaine Jones and Alejandro Bedoya in midfield, with Landon Donovan and Jozy Altidore up top.

Match Prediction: Things will be tenser than they should be, but the US will walk away 2-0 winners thanks to a couple late ones.

What Are You Drinking: Blue Coat American gin martini, with a twist, for me.

This is your live thread. There are many like it, but this one is yours. It's also your place for pre-game, in-game and post-game commentary and conversation.
