After taking some time off for the holidays, Filibuster is back (even if we don’t have Adam). Jason, Ben, and Donald are here to round up all of the recent D.C. United news, starting with the team’s callups to the USMNT (and the one huge snub). We also talk about the trade for Earl Edwards Jr., the possible signing of Lucas “Titi” Rodriguez, and the current roster statuses of Yamil Asad and Zoltan Stieber.
In the second segment we have an epic edition of Goat or Fox, in which we review the seasons of D.C. United’s players. We discuss Bruno Miranda, Joseph Mora, Junior Moreno, Chris Odoi-Atsem, Kofi Opare, David Ousted, Jalen Robinson, Wayne Rooney, Ulises Segura, and Zoltan Stieber. Give it a listen!

With your support, we’ve made two big upgrades! The first is that we are producing chapter marks for the segments now, and those should appear directly in your podcast app (or on SoundCloud, if you listen there). The second is that there are now audio transcriptions of the podcast for those who want or need them! They are available on our Internet Archive page only, so you’ll need to go over there to find them; they’re produced by speech recognition software, so they’re not 100% accurate, but they look readable. These upgrades are only possible because of the support we get on Patreon, so if you appreciate these upgrades, consider pitching in.
