Filibuster rides again into your ears to give you all the news you need about D.C. United, soccer, and rice poofs. We start out by talking about the game against Orlando City Soccer Club, including writing a love letter to Bill Hamid, giving Bill Hamid a designated player contract, Nick DeLeon and Michael Farfan, and how Hamid is up for save of the week and you should vote for him (even you, Toronto fans!).
We then talk about this weekend's game between New York Red Bulls and D.C. United, and start off by asking who saw United and the Metros being the two best teams in the Eastern conference by this point in the season. We also talk about Bradley Wright-Phillips and what D.C. United needs to do to be better in this game than the previous one against New York.
However, in the middle of all of this NYRB talk, we take a long look into what Bennyball actually is and what its defining characteristics are. Give it a listen!
