The Filibuster crew is back, yet again, to bring soccer talkings to your ears. We review the 2014 World Cup so far, each giving our favorite moments of the tournament to date. We then move on to specifically talk about the United States, their prospects for advancing, Manaus hangover syndrome, and what roster rotation is needed. We then end the first segment with some very unique "hate" mail.
After the break, we bring on Dave Clark of Sounder at Heart to preview the DCU-Seattle match. We start by comparing our teams' respective spots in the standings, ask Dave about how Seattle will deal with missing both DeAndre Yedlin and Clint Dempsey, and talk about how Obafemi Martins will step up in their absence. We end the segment talking about new signees Gonzalo Pineda and Marco Pappa, the US Open Cup, Seattle's missing players this weekend, and how to gameplan for the best team in MLS right now. Give it a listen!
