After a week break, the Filibuster guys are back and they are talking during the rain delay of the Rochester Rhinos-D.C. United US Open Cup game. We talk about Ben Olsen's roster choices, specifically mentioning about Steve Birnbaum, Alex Caskey, Conor Doyle, and Michael Seaton. Given the way the game turned out, we do not have many nice things to say.
We then jump into a D.C. United news roundup, including our shock at the fact that D.C. United is in first place in the Eastern Conference at the World Cup break, the Fabian Espindola injury, how much we hate Felipe Martins, and a brief update on the stadium.
We end the episode talking about the World Cup in general, and then United States men's national team in particular. We specifically look at four players, Fabian Johnson, Kyle Beckerman, Jermaine Jones, and Michael Bradley, and look at their performances throughout the game. Give it a listen!
