The Filibuster goat herd rides forth once again, bringing D.C. United news to your ears. We are without the services of our normal host, Adam, and so Jason tries to take over hosting duties while we also welcome Ryan Keefer to the show for the first time. We start by talking about the little tidbits of stadium news that came out on Monday, and whether or not they mean anything. We then give the same treatment to the news that Jason Levien is out as CEO of the Memphis Grizzlies, and determine that it means less than nothing to D.C. United. We then go into the Montreal Impact game, talking about the most disappointing parts of each of us, whether Chris Korb should start, rotating the team, and whether or not Eddie Johnson's goal will open the floodgates.
We then talk about the Houston Dyanmo game, including their absences in Brad Davis and Oscar Boniek Garcia. We also talk about their defense and whether or not Jermaine Taylor will start, as well as their possible forward pairing for this game. We then turn our eyes to this weekend's game against the New England Revolution. The Revs are playing much better in their last couple of games, and we break down their recent results and level of play. In between, we ask ourselves what we would trade to the Revs to free Kelyn Rowe.
We close the show by opening the Twitterbox and asking ourselves what five players we would want in a penalty shootout. Give it a listen, and let us know who you would want in PK shootout!
