Filibuster podcast episode 105: D.C. United vs. New York Red Bulls and MLS Playoffs generally

New, 1 comment

Straight shot of triple sec, Resurrection Ale, The Citizen, Chimay Blue

It's been a long time, but the Filibuster team is back and they're having a sad podcast. All three of us detail our own specific worst part of D.C. United's game against the New York Red Bulls, we talk about whether or not all of D.C. United's problems come down to width, we talk about what New York's lineup will tell us about their intent in the next game, and we talk about what changes we would like to see Ben Olsen make for Saturday's game.

We then bring on Jason Iapicco of Once A Metro and Red Bull Rant to talk about Saturday's second leg between United and the Metros. We ask him what went right for the Red Bulls on Sunday, whether or not they will park the bus, whether Mike Petke will change his starting lineup, the Red Bulls' performance on smaller fields, and how to gameplan the Red Bulls.

We keep Evil Jason on as we do a LIGHTNING ROUND through the other playoff games before we close the show. Give it a listen!
