Filibuster Podcast - Week 16: Straight shots of vodka

The Filibuster guys are back and are drinking straight liquor to try and deal with D.C. United's recent form.

The way that D.C. United has been playing recently, we don't deserve to talk about the delicious liquors that we normally drink to drown our pain. Instead, things such as straight shots of Smirnoff vodka or glasses full of bitters are what we are drinking, apropos for the way that United has shown. In the place of our normal host, Adam Taylor, we get the founder of Black and Red United, Martin Shatzer, to host the podcast. He joins Jason and Ben to break down D.C. United's victory over the Philadelphia Union in the US Open Cup, the loss against Toronto FC, and the United States' win over Honduras. We also preview the upcoming US Open Cup match against the New England Revolution and call up Robert Jonas of Quake, Rattle, and Goal to preview this weekend's league match against San Jose.

Finally, a quick heads up: there are going to be some back-end changes at Filibuster in the near future - just as soon as we find some time to take care of a few transitional issues. It will hopefully be a seamless transition, and we'll let you know more when it happens, but consider this an early warning of some changes on the technical side.
