MLS Preseason: D.C. United vs. Chicago Fire - live streaming, kickoff time, previews and gamethread

Surprise streaming for this morning's preseason match between D.C. United and the Chicago Fire!

Jonathan Dyer-USA TODAY Sports

After playing the Chicago Fire a mere four days ago, D.C. United will again play a preseason game against them this morning. While this game was originally not supposed to be streamed, our friends in Chicago will be providing us with streaming on their website so that we can all get out fill of this hot preseason action. Why not join us for a little morning gamethread before the snows hit and bury us all?

Time: 10 AM Eastern Standard Time

Venue: IMG Academy, Bradenton, Fla.

Live streaming: Our good friends at the Chicago Fire will be streaming the game at http://www.chicago-fire.com/live . Hopefully there will be less buffering and/or fog.

Projected D.C. United lineup: I think it will be much the same as what we have had the last two games, with the presumed starters getting the first half and the young guns getting the second half. That means Bill Hamid in goal, with Sean Franklin, Bobby Boswell, Jeff Parke, and Christian Fernandez in front of him. Perry Kitchen, Davy Arnaud, and Jared Jeffrey will get the start in central midfield, with Fabian Espindola, Nick DeLeon, and Eddie Johnson in the forward line of this 433.

Prediction: D.C. United will get on the board for the first time this preseason, winning the game 2-1.

What are you drinking? As it is the morning, I will be drinking my Lucky Dragon Hyson green tea. What about you?

As always, this is your place for pre-game, in-game, and post-game chatter.
