MLS Power Rankings, Week 19: Bottom Risers

Last week's bottom feeders take out top talent...how will they fare in this week's Power Rankings?

Philly stonewalled Portland with ease.
Philly stonewalled Portland with ease.
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Last week was not a good week for some of the top teams in MLS.  While LA and the Black & Red were both on the MLS idle bus (LA did have a match in the International Champions Cup), 5 of last week's top 10 suffered defeats at the hands of teams outside the top 10.  And those losses weren't pretty either, with teams like Philly, Montreal and Colorado putting 3 goals on the board against Portland, Columbus and Salt Lake, respectively.  And with competition from the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup, these games were action packed, with 29 goals in the 9 league matches that took place.  That's a ton of scoring.  With the league now entering the international money grab friendly period as well as the All Star Game approaching, teams are hoping to maintain their hot streaks as they enter the 2nd half of July.

Last week's #1 team, LA, remains at the top spot, while United holds #2.  At the bottom, the Revs have some serious problems and so they get to figure them out in the league cellar.  Now, let's hear your take.  Where should United be after the week's rest?  What about the rest of the league?  You know the drill...hit up the comments and let us know.
