FC Dallas makes a leap this week thanks to Blas Perez, but where do they and others end up on the MLS Power Rankings?

Bye week.  For many fans, it's the worst 2 words in sports because it means that their team doesn't have a game.  And for the Black and Red faithful, it was a weekend without watching our team take the pitch against another.  In fact, there were 4 teams who were idle this past weekend: D.C. UnitedMontreal Impact, the New York Red Bulls, and the Colorado Rapids.  For the rest, it was a weekend where some favorites stumbled and a couple teams used the opportunity to make an early statement.  Blas Perez put on the show of the weekend, but it's still the LA Galaxy and the Seattle Sounders at the top.  Which teams made a statement to you?  Which teams should have considered having a bye week along with United?  Hit the comments to give your take!
