MLS Week 11 Fantasy Soccer & Non-DCU Open Thread

New, 5 comments

Watching Saturday and Sunday's MLS action and want a place to talk about teams besides the Black-and-Red or to complain about your fantasy keeper letting three by? Step right this way.

David Banks

Week 11 continues apace after the biggest slate of midweek matches so far this season. It all starts with the Chicago Fire playing host to the Philadelphia Union at 1:30 on NBC Sports Network. The weekend will wrap up Sunday night at 8:00, when you should absolutely take advantage of this weekend's free trial of MLS Live to watch the two-time defending Eastern Conference playoff champion Houston Dynamo host the two-time defending Eastern Conference regular season champion Sporting Kansas City. I'm still not sure why that game's not going to be on national television, but that's MLS in 2013 for you.

In between, there are seven other games, including D.C. United's trip to Frisco, Tex. to play league-leading FC Dallas. We'll have the gamethread for that one up later this afternoon, but consider this your place for conversation about anything else happening in the wonderful world of Major League Soccer.

We'll kick things off with a conversation starter: we haven't talked uniforms here in a while, so who's got your favorite look in the league right now? Let us know in the comments.

This is your Week 11 open thread.
