D.C. United vs. Jönköpings Södra IF MLS preseason streaming, previews, prediction, lineup and gamethread

United is back with their second preseason game.

D.C. United has their second game of the preseason this afternoon as they take on Jönköpings Södra IF of Sweden's Allsvensken. This is J-Sodra's first time back in the Allsvensken since the 1960s, and so just staying up will be their primary concern.

For D.C. United themselves, the team has another new player to integrate: Marcelo Sarvas. It will also give us more insight into the team's plans: will they continue to field a five man midfield, is there movement at various depth chart battles? Let's find out.

Date/time: February 2, 2016 at 3:30 PM Eastern

Venue: IMG Academy, Bradenton, FL

Lineup prediction: As with all preseason games, it is difficult to predict what will happen. I will go with Andrew Dykstra in goal again, with Sean Franklin, Liam Doyle, Bobby Boswell, and Taylor Kemp ahead of him. The midfield will feature Markus Halsti and Marcelo Sarvas centrally, with Nick DeLeon and Lamar Neagle wide. Collin Martin will play underneath Fabian Espindola.

Streaming: The game is being streamed on IMG Academy TV, IMG's personal streaming platform. Unfortunately, it does cost money to watch the games: $5.99 for a one day pass, and $14.99 for a month-long pass. You could also buy a day pass after all three games and watch them all in a row.

What are you drinking? Since it is still during the day, I will go back to some sort of tea. I'm out of white peony tea, so my choices are yerba mate, Moroccan mint, or some sort of generic sencha.

As always, this is your place for pre-game, in-game, and post-game talk.
