Good morning, friends! I made gazpacho last night for the first time, and I really liked how it turned out. A cold soup on a hot summer’s day is really refreshing, especially when you eat it outside with your family. Also, making it with fresh local tomatoes is a special treat. I am a big fan of fresh, local tomatoes, and I think you should eat them whenever possible.
