Happy Wednesday. Hope everyone’s still doing well and continues to stay safe and healthy. Here’s the news:

NWSL will allow individual player training under strict guidelines - All For XI
The NWSL is starting to turn the faucet back on, allowing individual player training sessions this week today with strict rules on how they can do it. Look to see some of the Washington Spirit getting back to at least working out on their own at the practice fields.

USL to allow small group training for clubs starting next week - The Athletic
The USL will resume small group training in a week. We’re still a long way from the season starting, but at least players will be able to work out.

MLS players returning to training ground for individual workouts starting Wednesday - MLS
Atlanta United, Sporting Kansas City, and Inter Miami are the 3 teams that plan on resuming individual workouts today, the first day that MLS teams are allowed to do so. With Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. still under stay at home orders, D.C. United will likely have to wait a while before they can resume training anywhere in the area.
