Busy day in American soccer

Whoa, yesterday had a lot of announcements and soccer news in the world of American soccer. Let’s just start with the big one:

FC Cincinnati granted MLS expansion franchise to start play in 2019 | SB Nation

It’s official: FC Cincinnati becomes MLS’s 26th franchise and will begin play in 2019. It was expected after they finalized their stadium deal. There will be one more round of expansion which will add 2 more teams.

USMNT 25-man roster announced for Europe friendlies | Stars & Stripes FC

Christian Pulisic gets some much needed rest as the United States Men’s National Team heads to Europe. Bill Hamid will continue with the team.
