A quiet week 15 paves the way for the second half of the MLS season.

The winners of Week 15 are Steven Streff and Murrdcu with 14 points each. As a prize, you each get one half of the referee's notebook that Clint Dempsey tore in half the other night. Cherish it, for it is a piece of history. We are at (roughly) the halfway point in the 2015 MLS season, so consistently making your picks is increasingly important. So be sure to remind your friends...or not. I thought I'd also provide a refresher on the scoring system since we have some new players.

Scoring System:

Predicting the correct winner or a draw =  +1 point

Predicting the correct winner and correct goal differential =   +2 points

Predicting the exact result =  +3 points

Games marked with an asterix (*) will multiply your score x2 for that match.

  • Example 1:  You pick United to win 3-1, and they do.  You win 1+2+3= 6 points
  • Example 2:  You pick United to draw 2-2, and they do.  You win 1+3= 4 points
  • Example 3:  You pick United to win 2-0, and they win 3-1.  You win 1+2 = 3 points

If a player's name has been dropped from the Leaderboard, it is because that player has been inactive for three consecutive weeks. This does not mean that they are out of the game or disqualified. That player may re-join the Match Prediction Game at any time and retain the points they have already earned. If a player's name is in italics, it is a warning that means they have been inactive for two consecutive weeks.
