Filibuster podcast episode 128: Some other jerk horse

We talk about the Vancouver Whitecaps, Columbus Crew, and Mandyville.

It is a Wednesday Filibuster this week, so strap in and get ready. Jason, Adam, and Ben open the show with a visit to Mandyville before launching into D.C. United's 2-1 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps. We discuss the team's overall performance, the return of Fabian Espindola, D.C. United's formation options going forward, the success of the team and their popular perception around the league, and the coming logjam in midfield.

We then preview the upcoming match against the Columbus Crew and start with their overall performance this season, which may not be as impressive as everyone is making it out to be. We then dive into their style of play this year versus last, teams getting into the heads of other teams, whether or not Gregg Berhalter is a supervillain, and what formation United should play.

We end the show by breaking open the Twitterbox to talk about D.C. United's 745 games coming up in May. Give it a listen!
