A quick story, which I recounted yesterday: when D.C. United beat the Chicago Fire last year to cinch first place in the East, I could be seen yelling and cursing at Jeff Larentowicz, telling him to get off my (mother father) field. I'd remembered Larentowicz and Wells Thompson being all hackalicious when they played for the New England Revolution, and I really enjoyed the chance to yell at one of them. Thompson went on to play for the Colorado Rapids, so he had his own punishment. Basically, Jeff Larentowicz is a trash person who should be trashed back to New Trashida. That is all.
Recaps of D.C.'s win over Larentowicz' Chicago Fire team from us, MLS (with more here), the Washington Post and the team. Hot Time In Old Town has you covered from the FieYur perspective.
