Steve Goff first mentioned (and D.C. United later confirmed via their website) that defender Sean St Ledger has been added to the roster as a trialist. The bulk of the center back's experience came with Preston North End from 2006-2011, where he amassed almost 200 games played, and most recently was on the roster of Ipswich Town in England's Football League Championship, but did not appear.
