In addition to answering my own question about Jaime Moreno, Curt Onalfo revealed in an online chat yesterday that his teams have employed "a very scientific approach to our training" that has resulted in the "fewest injuries of any team in MLS over the last three years". Definitely sounds like an improvement to me!
