MLS Reserve League integration into USL Pro

The MLS Reserve League and USL Pro have officially taken the first steps toward integration, announcing that MLS clubs will have the option of affiliating with nearby USL sides or limited competition against them in the MLS Reserve League. In a newer wrinkle, MLS teams will also have the ability to start standalone USL Pro sides.
