The Filibuster crew is being broadcast into your ears for the 100th time, and we have some special guests who drop by to "congratualate" us. We start out by talking about D.C. United's 1-0 victory over the Philadelphia Union, and we highlight Luis Silva and the performance of the defense overall. We also talk about Fabian Espindola taking people on, Perry Kitchen's yellow cards, and more!
We then travel even further back in time to talk about D.C. United's 2-0 victory over Tauro FC in the Concacaf Champions League. We call it workmanlike perfection and talk about Chris Pontius, David Estrada, Eddie Johnson, and D.C. United's performance overall. We also talk about whether or not there are any players on this team that MLS should poach and talk about the Champions League as a whole.
Finally, we talk about this Friday's game against Sporting Kansas City. We talk about their bad defense, D.C. United's central midfield minus Perry Kitchen, the level of the Sporks desperation for points, and whether or not this is a "sweep the leg" game.
Thank you, all of our listeners, for putting up with us for 100 episodes. We do this for you and hope that you enjoy it; we enjoy making it for you.
