Gold Cup venues announced - RFK out, M&T Bank in.

We now know the 13 host cities for this summer's Gold Cup. Big inclusions include Seattle and Portland, while Kansas City and Washington, DC were overlooked. The closest venue to the Nation's Capital will be Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium.
