Welp, Steven Goff is now reporting that Dwayne De Rosario has a muscle straing and will be out for the game against Sporting Kansas City. With that in mind, this is my revised lineup prediction for that match. I actually think that Kyle Porter is a little more likely to start, with Marcos Sanchez moving into the middle, but I hope that Raphael Augusto can get his first start in a United uniform. What do you all want to see with the captain out?
All I want are your best captions for this picture. You can read the article, too, if you want.
This is why we lost two points. You can blame Hamdi Salihi for stepping in the area too soon. You can blame the Union players for leading him in there. You can blame Mark Geiger for calling this play by the absolute letter of the law. Or you can blame the refereeing system in the U.S. that encourages him to do so rather than to use his discretion. You can blame whatever you want. But this image that you're looking at right here... This is why we lost two points. And it's effing stupid. (via @svertgoalcom)
DC United phone wallpaper. Works well with Droids with side-scrolling menus. Enjoy!
If you're like me and couldn't get up to Philly for Saturday's game, you probably watched on TV. If so, you probably heard the D.C. partisans singing over the Philly fans on a few different occasions. Well, the players noticed, too. Great job, Barra Brava, Screaming Eagles, La Norte, District Ultras and any unaffiliated fans who made the trip.
So who's good with Photoshop? Had a brilliant idea for a two-pole/banner/poster/whatever: taking this picture, or a similar one, of Todd Ingram from Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and redoing it as DeRo - #7 on the shirt, DCU badge somewhere, same eyes/hair effect, and the slogan: "VEGAN EDGE." Any skilled 'shoppers out there?
Everyone on the twitters is talking about these "Klouchebag" scores that measure how much of a douche you are. I figured this one would be pretty high, but I had no idea the scale could break 100...
I'd like to propose this for some future DCU tifo. After all, the kid's got Guts.
New logo for Philadelphia after their game Saturday against Chivas USA where they deservedly earned two reds. I swear, when Philly and Montreal play each other, someone is losing a leg.
