Our top eight teams did not change places this week, due to relative low scoring among the leaders. The high scorer this week was Pajoysonous Offense, with 95 points. The largest chunk of the scoring came from Montreal forward Marco Di Vaio ($8.7M), who scored a hat trick en route to 16 points, doubled by his wearing of the captain's armband. Backing up Di Vaio was Rodney Wallace (POR, $5.7M), who contributed a goal and a clean sheet in scoring 13 points. Brad Davis (HOU, $8.9M) added 8 points. SGVGalaxy is still the overall leader.
Raul Fernandez (DAL, $5.6M) led all goalkeepers with 9 points. Three players tied for second with 7 points -- Bobby Shuttleworth (NE, $5.0M), Donovan Ricketts (POR, $5.1M), and Clint Irwin (COL, $4.9M). DCU's Bill Hamid ($4.8M) earned 3 points.
Two defenders tied for the positional lead with 13 points -- Colorado's Nathan Sturgis ($4.2M) and Rodney Wallace. Sean Franklin (LA, $5.3) rounded out the top scorers with 12 points. For D.C. United, Ethan White ($4.2M) earned 5 points, Brandon McDonald ($5.0M) scored 4, Chris Korb ($4.3M) scored 3, and James Riley ($4.6M) scored 2.
Darlington Nagbe (POR, $7.8M) set the pace with 9 points. Four players tied for second -- David Ferreira (DAL, $8.5M), Brad Davis, Justin Mapp (MTL, $6.9M), and Patrice Bernier (MTL, $7.6M) -- with 8 points. DCU's Kyle Porter ($5.0M) led all midfielders on the team with 6 points. Perry Kitchen ($5.6M) was just behind him with 4 points, while Nick DeLeon ($7.4M) and Chris Pontius ($8.1M) showed up with 2 points, and Dwayne De Rosario ($9.4M), Marcos Sanchez ($7.0M) and Raphael Augusto earned 1 point.
LA's Robbie Keane ($10.4M) scored a hat trick and added an assist en route to 21 points. Di Vaio's 16 were good for second among forwards, and Montreal teammate Andrew Wenger ($7.0M) came up with 11. Carlos Ruiz ($7.8M) fished out 3 points for United, and Lionard Pajoy ($7.7M) earned a point.
As if preparing for all the byes in week 15 wasn't bad enough, week 14 brings us international duty. High-scoring players like Donovan Ricketts, Rodney Wallace, Omar Gonzalez, Graham Zusi, Tim Cahill, Brad Davis, Ryan Johnson and Robbie Keane are all away, so you'll need to find replacements. Sean Johnson (CHI, $4.8M, 42 points) looks like a strong goalkeeper play this week, as DCU travels to Chicago. With Matt Besler out for SKC, Ike Opara ($4.6M, 44 points) will be standing in alongside Aurelien Collin at home against Montreal. With Robbie Keane out, Jose Villareal (LA, $5.4M, 27 points), who actually is listed as a midfielder, and Gyasi Zardes ($5.6M, 11 points) are good bets to start. Make sure you look ahead to the next couple of weeks to try to find guys that you won't have to turn around and discard for the great bye extravaganza.
