When the hottest team in the league visits the last place team in the league, you don't usually expect much hype. But with this match being D.C. United's first at RFK since appointing Ben Olsen as interim head coach, and first since Jaime Moreno announced his retirement, this match suddenly has a lot of intrigue for the home side.
Game Time: 8:00 PM Eastern
Television: Comcast SportsNet
Projected Starting Lineup: Don't expect many changes from the lineup that lost 1-0 to the New England Revolution last weekend. I'm expecting United's front six to be the same. But the team should be much improved defensively with the scheduled return on Dejan Jakovic, replacing Carey Talley in the starting lineup. United has looked its best this year in those rare instances when Jakovic starts alongside Julius James, and combined with Marc Burch and Devon McTavish, this may be the best backline we've seen all year.
Is that enough though to beat an FC Dallas team that's only lost two matches all season, and none since May 20? We'll see.
